With a career built on strategy, empathy and a dash of sparkle, Jennifer helps women and companies unlock their potential — and then some. Whether she’s consulting with C-suites, coaching career women or lighting up a Zoom room with one of her signature “Lightbulb Moments,” Jennifer brings warmth, wisdom and that rare ability to make you laugh and take notes.

Devon McNamara
Social Media Chair
Devon the National Director of Women’s Recruiting at Ameriprise Financial, one of the largest diversified financial services firms in the United States. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives to attract, support and elevate women advisors across the country. Devon is deeply committed to advancing women in our industry and plays a key role in building inclusive communities within the firm and the broader industry.
Alev Cieslinski
Vice President, Treasurer
After a rewarding career leading data and analytics teams in both large and small organizations, Alev is currently the founder/owner of Great Valley Tax and Financial Services to bring precision and guidance to clients’ tax and financial needs. She is passionate about helping others and serves as a volunteer for the IRS VITA grant program, designed to provide free tax services to low-income families and senior citizens.
Paige Maloney
Membership Chair
Until recently, Paige oversaw the Financial Services Technology Practice at Brooksource, an IT Project Services firm. Her team supported technology demands for Financial Intuitions looking to improve advisor, agent, and customer experience. She has now taken that expertise and is starting her own business. Laura Fazzini
Secretary
Laura is a Financial Professional at Premier Planning Group. ​​Prior to this, she interned at Northwestern Mutual in King of Prussia and Tax Favored Benefits in Kansas City.

Laura graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, double majoring in Finance and Marketing with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning. Laura earned both academic and soccer scholarships to apply to her college tuition. She was a 4-year captain and a top player on the Shippensburg Women's Soccer team.
​
Outside of work, Laura enjoys staying active athletically and involving herself in the local community. She still plays soccer, hikes, snow skis and wake surfs. She is a member of the 100 Women of Phoenixville and Women's Business Connection.
​
Laura enjoys working with younger professionals who are newer in their career, business owners/individuals nearing retirement, as well as young families. She feels her hard work ethic, friendly, relationship-oriented demeanor and education qualify her to help individuals in these groups and that they can benefit the most from her services.
